At Wiziffy, your satisfaction is our priority. While we do not accept change-of-mind returns, we do offer returns and replacements in the following cases:

You can request a return or replacement within 48 hours of receiving your order if:

The product is damaged or defective

An item is missing from your order
❌ Not Eligible for Return:

If 48 hours have passed since delivery

If the product has been used, damaged by you, or is not in original condition

For minor packaging damage that doesn't affect the product

For change of mind or if you no longer want the product after delivery
📦 Return Conditions:
To qualify for a return:

Item must be unused and in its original packaging

Include all accessories, manuals, and freebies (if any)

You must provide unboxing video/photos as proof (if requested)
🔁 Replacement Process:

Contact our support team at support@wiziffy.com or through our Contact Us page within 48 hours.

Explain the issue clearly and attach photos or videos if needed.

If approved, we will arrange a free replacement or a suitable solution.
🚚 Return Pickup:
In some cases, we may arrange a return pickup through our delivery partner. If not, we’ll guide you through the return process manually.

We reserve the right to deny any return request that doesn’t meet our policy.

Refunds are not applicable as we only operate through Cash on Delivery (COD).
