1. General

Wiziffy is an online store based in Bangladesh that offers a variety of products through a dropshipping model. All purchases are subject to availability and acceptance of these terms.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We currently only offer Cash on Delivery as a payment method.

You pay only when your product is delivered to your doorstep.
Please make sure someone is available to receive and pay for the product upon delivery.
Refusing an order after shipment without a valid reason may result in your account being restricted from future orders.

3. Order & Delivery

Orders are processed after confirmation via phone or SMS.
Delivery time may vary depending on your location, but generally takes 3–10 business days.
Delays may occur due to courier issues, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Product Availability & Pricing

All prices are in BDT and include applicable taxes.
We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products without prior notice.
In case of pricing or stock errors, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

5. Returns & Replacements

We only accept returns or replacements in case of:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged or defective product received
You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Products must be returned in unused, original condition with all packaging.

6. User Responsibilities

By placing an order on Wiziffy, you agree to:

Provide accurate information (name, phone number, address, etc.)
Be available to receive the delivery
Not misuse or abuse the COD system

7. Privacy

Your personal information is kept safe and only used to process and deliver your orders. Read our Privacy Policy for more details.

8. Changes to Terms

Wiziffy reserves the right to update or change these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website means you accept the updated terms.
